100 Book Challenge ’13 – Completed!

If you follow a lot of book-related blogs on here, Tumblr, or pretty much any other blogging site, you may have heard of the 100 Book Challenge. This challenge is very simple; basically, all you have to do is read a hundred books within a year. Since I’d already read a little over twenty books within two months, I thought this would be the perfect time to complete this challenge. On June 19th, I cancelled the challenge due to consistent personal problems that prevented me from reading as quickly as I had hoped, but I kept keeping track of the number of books I’d read and the dates, just to see how many books I could read even with these issues. Luckily, I caught up and was able to complete the 100 Book Challenge! Starting from New Year’s Day, 2013, here’s the list of my 100 Book Challenge books and the dates I finished them.

**I also re-read three books that were featured previously on the list between this book and the next, but didn’t include them since they were already on the list at some point. These include Memoirs (#32 on the list) on 12/7/13, The Burn Journals (#33) on 12/12/13, and What Happened to Cass McBride? (#22) on 12/16/13.

***#101

  1. I’ve heard of a lot of these books and read quite a few of them. I really liked Perks of Being a Wallflower, Where She Went and If I Stay, and Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac. But by far some of my most favorite books are the Summer series by Jenny Han. It’s really easy to organize what books you read by using Goodreads.
    Great post!
